About Our Staff Debbie Rogers   Debbie graduated Lawrence High School before attending the University of Kansas.  She received her Dental Hygiene Degree in 1993 from Johnson County Community College, graduating with honors.   After earning her Dental Hygiene Degree, Debbie practiced in Topeka for a few years before meeting Dr. Gatti and becoming part of his team in May of 1995.  She has attended hundreds of hours in Continuation Education Courses in pursuit of being the best at Dental Hygiene. Before starting her family, Debbie was proud to be a member of the Kansas Air National Guard, 190th Air Refueling Group.  She spent 12 years with the Guard and had many opportunities to travel with them.  She remains active with the unit through her husband, Col. Derek Rogers.   Debbie and her husband were married in 1987 and have two children Jake and Piper.  They enjoy traveling whenever possible.  She believes in the importance of volunteerism and the development of family. Debbie is involved in several projects and committees with Plymouth Church and Quail Run School.  She is also active with Girls Scouts and Boy Scout Troop 59 in Lawrence.  Debbie enjoys gardening, biking, skiing, swimming, snuba and pretty much anything that keeps her outside and active with her family.   One of the things Debbie enjoys is working with the Clients who seek Dr. Gatti’s services.  Quality Dentistry is an art and Debbie is excited that she has the opportunity to work with a team of professionals that make it possible to offer the Clients the results they desire.  At the end of the day she takes great pleasure in helping people find what is the best solution for their individual  Dental Health.   “My clients are like my family and I truly enjoy seeing them every day.  I am so very lucky!” Marsha Jones   Marsha became interested in the field of dentistry and dental hygiene through the influence of her childhood orthodontist.  She began her career with a part-time dental assisting position when she started college.  She subsequently attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.   Marsha has previous experience in the specialty area of periodontics and has enjoyed, and appreciates, the knowledge she has gained from Dr. Gatti in the area of restorative and esthetic dentistry.  She joined Dr. Gatti’s practice in 1999.   In her leisure time, Marsha enjoys reading, running and activities with family and friends.  She and her husband, David, are proud of their two children, Kristen and Greg, and their son-in-law, Jarrod.  Grandson, Treven, brings true joy and pleasure to her life!   “I love what I do and the people with whom I work.  It is fun to be in a caring environment that supports and encourages life-long learning and personal success and development.  This allows me the opportunity to serve our clients in the best manner possible.” Mona Groene   Mona and her husband Randy reside in Ottawa, Kansas.  They are the proud parents of three grown children; Jason and his wife Kelly, Aimee and her husband Nathan, and their youngest son Grant.   In her spare time Mona enjoys walking, antiques, cooking sewing and any activity that involves her large extended family.  The Groenes are confirmed home remodelers, always planning the next project.   “I have been a dental assistant for over 30 years.  I have always been fortunate enough to work with dentists that provide their clients with exceptional dentistry.  Dr. Gatti, Marsha and Debbie are not only great people with whom to spend my day, they are, in my opinion, some of the most talented dental professionals with whom I have ever had the privilege of being associated.  The care they provide for their clients is absolutely wonderful and I am thrilled to be a part of the Gatti team.  It is so much fun to be a part of all the great smiles that are created within the walls of this Dental Studio”
